System Analyst

Base pay range $64.00/hr - $70.00/hr Position: Business Systems Analyst Duration: 6 month contract Pay: $64-$70/hr. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on entitlement management, order fulfillment, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about improving systems and processes that support software and service delivery. Responsibilities Manage entitlement modifications including ownership transfers, contract/term adjustments, contact updates, cancellations, and serial number changes across internal systems. Ensure data integrity for software and support services within applicable platforms. Generate and maintain operational reports, charts, and performance metrics. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product and program launches. Identify and implement process and system improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Handle EDI purchase order submissions and sales order bookings, resolving issues with partners as needed. Administer Not For Resale (NFR) and non-standard evaluation entitlement processes. Fulfill software and support service orders, including backlog management in SAP, entitlement generation, and timely customer delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Operations, Finance, or Business IT. 2+ years of experience in operations; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask. Understanding of industry trends and technologies such as web services for EDI ordering.
