Job Description Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). We are seeking a skilled Production Support Analyst to join our IT Application Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in system monitoring, automation, and incident management, with a focus on ensuring the stability and reliability of critical business applications. As part of our global support organization, you will work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to manage application releases, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance system performance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic technology environment and support a wide range of enterprise and capital markets systems. Role and responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business and IT applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting application performance or availability. Coordinate with development teams (local and global) for bug fixes, deployments, and release management. Develop and maintain scripts and utilities to automate repetitive support tasks. Document technical procedures, incident resolutions, and operational runbooks. Manage change and incident tickets following ITIL best practices. Participate in on-call rotation and assist with weekend releases or disaster recovery tests as needed. Support DevOps/CI-CD initiatives by integrating monitoring, automation, and security scanning into support processes.

Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in application support, production support, or IT operations. Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows environments. Hands‑on experience with job scheduling tools (Control‑M preferred). Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Bash, or Python for automation and monitoring. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management). Basic understanding of network connectivity, system architecture, and application deployment. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing and change‑management tools.
