Motel No Tell is looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven server to join our high-volume restaurant and craft cocktail bar team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in high-volume restaurants, craft cocktail bars, or upscale hospitality is preferred — but we are also excited to meet hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
• Passion for hospitality, food, and cocktails
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Craft cocktail, wine, and beverage knowledge is a plus
• Part-Time & Full-Time Availability 
• 2+ Years of Serving Experience, Though, Not required with ideal circumstances.

• Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized section and station
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Handle high-volume service with efficiency and professionalism
• Learn menu items, cocktails, and specials thoroughly
• Maintain Motel No Tell culture of going above and beyond for the guest experience
