Job Description
Global Sourcing Specialist – Fort Lee, NJ: Research and evaluate international to source key food ingredients and supplies required for BBQ Chicken franchise operations; analyze pricing, quality, and availability of products, and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to obtain favorable pricing and delivery schedules; maintain detailed procurement records to support cost-effective purchasing decisions and ensure vendor compliance with company standards; and communicate with internal departments and franchisees to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels. $58,011/yr.
