Corporate Development Analyst

As a Corporate Development Analyst, you'll work directly with M&A associates supporting deal review processes: Analyze financial statements and operational metrics Assist in outreach, diligence, valuation modeling, and deal execution Support integration efforts for new portfolio companies Responsibilities Build financial models including revenue projections, EBITDA analysis, cash flow, and enrollment forecasting Prepare investment memos and diligence summaries for leadership review Communicate with business owners, brokers, and internal stakeholders Track deal pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy Qualifications Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts Bonus: exposure to M&A, private equity, and/or salient industry operations Excellent writing and communication abilities Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity What We Offer Real deal exposure, not theoretical work Flat structure with direct access to leadership Flexible work environment Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
