Senior Music Retail Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate for our retail store. In this role, you will guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, accessories, and lessons, supporting our mission of music education. You will drive sales of rentals, lessons, and repairs, process transactions accurately, and maintain an organized, inviting store. You’ll collaborate with a student‑focused, service‑driven team, engage with local schools and the music community, and help achieve store goals while growing your expertise in a mission-driven retail environment.
