GTM Operations Manager

Owning the infrastructure of the go-to-market engine, the full-time GTM Operations Manager will design and manage core processes, analyze commercial data, and implement system improvements while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Design and manage GTM processes, including lead routing, forecasting, and pipeline management Analyze data to build performance dashboards for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams Identify and implement process automation and workflows to enhance efficiency across teams Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaS environments Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience using CRM tools like HubSpot Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to map systems and identify technical tools Experience in fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments Bonus: Background in accounting, fintech, or vertical SaaS, and familiarity with American industries such as agriculture or construction
