Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help support adults with developmental disabilities who live in our Cuyahoga County Group Homes. As a DSP, you will help people with their daily needs and be a friendly, reliable person they see and trust each day.

Openings:  

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time, 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10pm, 40 hours weekly
• Duties: Help with everyday living skills such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting dressed, and eating. Provides transportation to and from activities and medical appointments. 
• Schedule: Full-Time - 40 Hours weekly (every other weekend/holiday required)

  • 2nd Shift Schedule: 2pm - 10pm * AVAILABLE NOW!
  • 3rd Shift Schedule: 10pm - 6am * 3rd shift CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE*
  • Weekend Warrior Schedule: 6am - 6pm Every Saturday & Sunday (two 12-hour shifts) *Weekend Warrior CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
• Location Options: Solon or Oakwood Village, Ohio

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous direct care experience preferred
