Exercise independent judgment under minimum to moderate supervision. Interpret results, take appropriate actions, and report timely outcomes to meet patient needs. Determine acceptability or rejection of results per standards and request assistance when necessary. Document corrective actions for quality control deviations. Follow best practices, compliance policies, and procedures. Maintain high‑quality test performance through daily maintenance and supply management. Practice infection control with hand hygiene and PPE use. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required.
