Role: Registered Nurse in Medical-Surgical unit. Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapy, manage wound and post-op care, monitor telemetry, and coordinate safe discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, utilizing advanced EHR systems for accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in medication and IV administration, wound care, telemetry monitoring, and discharge planning.
