Business Analyst ConsultantAs a Business Analyst Consultant, you blend deep experience in health care benefits and product development with a passion for analysis, harnessing technology to solve complex business problems, while focusing to deliver and implement technology solutions within a digital experience. You will work closely with a Product Owner (Squad Leader) and technology teams to create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, as well as translate business requirements to technical resources to focus the team on delivering business solutions with the highest customer value. You are energized by the prospect of joining a dynamic, innovative team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and data driven environment!The TeamThe Business Analyst (BA) is a member of the Fidelity Health Customer Solutions Business Analyst Chapter, which supports product development across multiple health care domains. The BA works on a multi-functional Agile scrum team (squad), collaborating with technology and business customers to develop and implement product and service features in health care applications from inception to delivery.
