We welcome candidates with 8-15 years of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment.What You'll Do:Lead design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projectsConducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculationsCreating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentationAnalyze designs to ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standardsStamping engineering drawings.Providing mentorship and leading teams.Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposalsMust-Haves:Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institutionPE LicensureMinimum 8 years of experience in Electrical EngineeringStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Passion for renewable energy and sustainabilityValid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as neededNice-to-Haves:MS in Electrical EngineeringInternship or project experience in power systems or renewablesInvolvement in student/professional engineering societiesExperience with electrical design or consulting$139,200 - $170,400 a year Benefits: 401(k) + company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Unlimited PTO Professional development assistance Bonus opportunities Supportive, growth-oriented team environment
