What You'll Do

As our Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist, you'll help drive how Lithionics shows up across digital channels and support demand generation initiatives that fuel business growth. You'll:

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web, email, search, and social channels.
• Manage and enhance the Lithionics website, including content updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
• Monitor website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance to continuously improve results.
• Support lead generation efforts and align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Analyze customer behavior and marketing trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to create compelling content and successful product launch campaigns.
• Help translate innovative battery technology into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with customers and partners.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a marketing professional who combines creativity with analytics and thrives in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Experience:

• B2B marketing within manufacturing, energy, technology, or other technical industries.
• SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Website management, conversion optimization, and lead generation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing performance tools.
