Overview Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join us as a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands. As a Shift Manager you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. This role is your chance to grow as a leader, make an impact, and be part of a fun, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. What you bring to the table At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail. Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
