We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, organize, replenish, and stage products throughout the warehouse. Operators will work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:- Safely operate a reach truck forklift to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload products from trailers, racks, and designated staging areas.
- Place and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking at various heights.
- Replenish inventory and keep picking locations properly stocked.
- Pull, stage, and organize orders for shipment.
- Verify product quantities and locations using an RF scanner or warehouse system.
- Maintain accurate inventory placement and follow warehouse procedures.
- Inspect equipment before operating and report any mechanical or safety issues.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Requirements: Previous reach truck/forklift experience preferred. Must be safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. #ENGHP
