Position Overview

As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You will be responsible for loading materials, checking quality, monitoring equipment, and maintaining operational flow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, fast-paced work and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do

• Load the correct materials onto the production line in the proper sequence
• Ensure materials meet quality and specification standards
• Identify and replace defective materials
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
• Document production activity and quality checks
• Cross-train across multiple workstations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Perform basic equipment care and upkeep

What You Bring

• Experience in general labor or production settings
• Material handling and loading experience
• Machine operation and basic documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to identify correct materials and components
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• A self-starter attitude with a dependable work ethic

Work Environment

• 1st shift: 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday–Thursday
• Friday overtime available
• Non-climate-controlled facility (comfortable in winter, warmer in summer)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colfax, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Colfax,WI.
