Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a preference for a Master's degree or CPA. A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial leadership, particularly in complex nonprofit organizations, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in revenue cycle management, and experience with federal, state, and local grants. The CFO will also be responsible for building and leading high-performing finance teams, so strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
