We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are interested in learning the cruise travel business and helping clients plan unforgettable vacation experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and planning cruise vacations
- Learn about cruise lines, destinations, itineraries, and travel products
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Build relationships with clients and generate repeat business
- Stay informed about travel promotions and industry updates
- Utilize provided training resources and booking tools
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Passion for travel is a plus but not required
