Front Desk Lead Full-time Downey, CA, US Hudson Valley Imaging, a Rezolut company, is seeking a Front Desk Lead to join our New Windsor location! Job Summary The Front Desk Lead MUST have radiology experience. This position will oversee front desk operations and staff and provide excellent customer service and administrative support. Will work under general guidance with some expectation of autonomy. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Essential Functions of a Front Desk Lead Display quality customer service by greeting and assisting visitors Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Train and supervise front desk staff Assign and delegate tasks as needed Act as a liaison between patients and staff Monitor office supplies Enforce office policies Education and Experience High School degree or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a team lead or other leadership role Experience working in a radiology healthcare facility What We Offer Immediately accrue PTO as you work!
