Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in members with a positive and professional demeanor. Answer questions about memberships, amenities, and services. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Basic computer and customer service experience preferred.
