Landscape Foreman Wanted! Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays) Pay Rate: $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Paid Time Off and Bonus Program We are looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team! As a foreman, this role involves managing day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a crew of 2-3 landscaping team members. Training & Supervision: Train and mentor team members to improve skills and maintain high-quality standards. Landscaping & Maintenance: Oversee landscape projects,including design,installation, and maintenance. Ensure proper equipment use and care. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on every job. Collaboration: Work alongside your team to solve problems and achieve project goals in a timely manner. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a team lead in the landscaping industry. Skills: Ability to manage, train, and guide a team while delivering high-quality work. License: Must havea valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Work Ethic: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.
