Implementation Specialist (m/f/d) - Hospitality & SaaS Solutions

Deine Aufgaben Planung und Durchführung von Implementierungen sowie Support direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
Leitung von Einzel- und Gruppenschulungen, in denen du Kunden spezifische Produktfunktionen vermittelst und deinen Ansatz flexibel an individuelle Workflows anpasst.
Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit während der gesamten Post-Sales-Phase, einschließlich Onboarding, Follow-ups und der Übergabe an die Support-Teams
Begleitung von Kunden bei Setups, Integrationen und Go-Live-Prozessen
Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumentationen im Zusammenhang mit Onboarding-Prozessen und Produktschulungen
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deines Fachwissens über die Kernprodukte und Add-ons von Lightspeed
Enger Austausch mit Implementation Specialists, Koordinatoren und anderen internen Teams, um einen reibungslosen und termingerechten Start für die Kunden zu gewährleisten
Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens gegenüber Neu- und Bestandskunden

Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb deiner Region
