What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager Trainee, you'll begin by building your own successful sales territory while learning every aspect of our business. As you demonstrate consistent results, you'll receive additional leadership training and opportunities to mentor, coach, train and eventually build your own sales team.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Present customized solutions that help protect employees and their families.
• Build and manage a growing book of business while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals and performance objectives.
• Participate in our Leadership Development Program through mentorship, field training, and professional coaching.
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training newer representatives as leadership opportunities become available.
• Grow into increased leadership responsibilities based on your performance and demonstrated ability to develop others.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful sales experience (B2B sales preferred)
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A desire to coach, mentor, and eventually lead others
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth
