We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work closely with Chef Bae and Chef Tien to craft desserts that are thoughtful, beautiful, and rooted in narrative. From reimagined Vietnamese classics to dynamic desserts, our pastry program is an essential part of the Moon Rabbit experience.
Requirements:1+ years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally in fine dining
Strong foundation in both classic pastry techniques and modern approaches
Passion for flavor, detail, and innovation
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
A collaborative spirit and genuine curiosity for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisine
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
