Client Services Specialist

A commercial real estate firm is seeking a Client Services Specialist in their Spartanburg, SC office. This role supports a team of brokers through administrative, transaction, and operational coordination. Direct Hire | 8:30am - 5pm | 4:1 Hybrid Schedule

Responsibilities :

• Support approximately five brokers with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of property listings and marketing materials
• Manage listing files, updates, renewals, and transaction documentation
• Generate commission invoices and assist with payment tracking
• Coordinate contracts, agreements, and related brokerage paperwork
• Schedule meetings, property tours, and client appointments
• Manage calendars, contacts, and select social media accounts
• Serve as a liaison between brokers and internal support teams
• Monitor recurring tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in commercial real estate preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000 - $60,000 base salary, based on experience
