Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Director, Corporate Counsel, Strategic Transactions Category: Jobs Organiser: Jazz Pharmaceuticals Description: Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Corporate Counsel for Strategic Transactions to serve as a strategic partner to the business. The role involves advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and research collaborations. The successful candidate will lead M&A transactions from deal structuring through closing, provide legal insight during deal assessments, and manage external counsel. The position also includes advising on SEC-reportable public company transactions and ensuring compliance with securities laws. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and an active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience is required, with a strong focus on M&A and corporate transactions. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is highly preferred.
