About the Role: As a RN Registered Nurse 7 to 3 , you will work 7:00 am to 3:00 pm shifts, providing exceptional nursing care to our residents in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and senior living facility. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct assessments, and administer medications. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively educate and inform patients and families about their care, while your empathetic nature will help to create a sense of calm and comfort in our warm and welcoming environment.
