We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is critical to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while supporting our service department and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Show up on time ready to work each day

· Maintain a positive, “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment

· Process warranty claims daily as customers pick up their vehicles

· Review repair orders for proper time stamps, documentation, and technician notes

· Return repair orders to service advisors when corrections are required

· Log returned repair orders with detailed reasons for tracking and accountability

· Submit repairs for digital imaging approvals when required

· Submit repairs to the powertrain center for authorization as needed

· Communicate approvals and denials promptly to service advisors

· Notify management of any rejected claims

· Monitor and report any warranty receivable over 30 days to management

· Reconcile and clear warranty schedules; post warranty payables accurately

Qualifications:

· Previous automotive warranty or dealership experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines

· Effective communication skills with team members and management

· Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
