Work Schedule : Mon-Fri 7a-3p (must be able to work occassional Saturdays)
Facility Address: Winfern Rd, Houston, TX 77041

Length: temp to hire

Rate: $24-$30/hr.

Job Description: This position is responsible for leading maintenance activities, mentoring junior technicians, and performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery, overhead cranes, and facility systems. Candidates must have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience repairing industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a precision machine shop/manufacturing setting is required, while valve manufacturing or valve maintenance experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, computer, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently while supporting equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.
