CNA - Hospital/Clinic

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least one year of experience in acute care settings. Candidates will provide essential patient care on telemetry monitored floors and may serve as sitters as needed. Flexibility in shift scheduling includes various days and nights, with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist nursing staff with daily patient care activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Support telemetry monitored patients by ensuring continuous observation and responding promptly to alarms.
• Provide sitter duties when required, maintaining patient safety and oversight.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 1 year of CNA experience in an acute care environment.
• Hold a valid CNA certification/license.
• Demonstrate competency in telemetry monitoring and patient safety protocols.
• Display strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be flexible to work various shifts, including days and nights, with both 8 and 12-hour durations.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
