About the Job: Responsible for day-to-day management of CRM campaign processes from design through deployment and contributing to meet sales growth targets for the CRM Marketing channels. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing: Oversee development, execution and optimization of email, SMS and app marketing campaigns, including promotional, brand launch, editorial, and event-driven communications. Develop CRM cadence/calendar that meets financial goals while also communicating go-to-market strategy and brand storytelling. Collaborate with Direct Planning, Direct Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Brand Marketing teams to support campaign development and execution. Execute financial forecasting of performance by day and week. Determine the impact of promotions, products, segmentation and file size. Provide recommendations for action based on findings. Monitor SMS cost and projected ROI Manage segmentation strategies to power batch campaigns, triggered customer journeys and loyalty campaigns, plus map customer journeys across channels. Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize CRM communications and improve ROI. Manage reporting for campaigns and automations — track performance, flag trends, and deliver insights & recommendations to optimize the program. QA campaigns before send and manage suppression/opt-out lists to protect deliverability and compliance. Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in all aspects of CRM activities. Implement best practices for email + SMS marketing, including subject lines, copywriting, design, and call-to-actions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in email, SMS and app marketing Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed to support the team’s overall goals. What it takes to Join: 2-5 years’ experience in email, SMS and push notification or other analytical online marketing. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Database experience is a plus). Knowledge of email and SMS marketing (Loyalty Management a plus) Marketing experience, and ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition. Strong analytic skills, including experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics). Strong technical skills (HTML experience is a plus). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Ability to operate efficiently at a tactical level against strategic goals. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
