Production Coordinator

Our client, a Midtown apparel company with several department store brands, is seeking a Production Coordinator. This is a 4-day in-office cadence with Fridays as a work from home option.

• The salary range is $65,000 – $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Update BOMs at the production stage
• Coordinate with the Design team to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories
• Approve lab dips/trims to match bulk production
• Labeling and packaging
• Order and track AD/photo samples with factories
• Update and maintain accurate product information and records in the AS400 system
• Request, track, and follow up on technical (tech) samples from factories to support product development
• Assist with additional departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned to support business needs

Required Qualifications:

• Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and AS400
• Background in Fabrics preferred
• 5-7 years of working experience in garment industry
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
