Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Manager role will be responsible for driving new and sustainable construction product sales through partnership with key distributors.

\n

\n

Day-to-day tasks include

\n

Drive sales growth across our Framing, Roofing, Siding, Finish, and CapTite Roll Cap product lines

\n

Deliver field support to our strong distributor partners and their dealers

\n

Run joint sales calls and jobsite visits

\n

Gather distributor and end-user feedback that directly shapes our product development

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Demonstrated ability in business development, pipeline management, and closing sales.
\n
• Experience in account and customer relationship management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products: Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint.
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple initiatives.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• Experience in pneumatic tools, industrial equipment, or related technical products is an advantage.
\n
• Proficiency in Spanish as a second language is preferred but not mandatory.
\n
• Willingness to travel frequently for key customer visits, trade shows, contractor events, or strategic meetings, as business needs require.

• This role is remote but the ideal home base would be the central Mid- west/Texas/Southwest to better serve the growing construction markets.
