Work Environment

This full-time position is stationed onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, providing an engaging atmosphere for both staff and patients. The treatment environment is equipped with advanced therapy tools and technology, designed to support a wide range of rehabilitation objectives. Our typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs, setting clear and achievable rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload that typically entails working with one patient per hour, ensuring personalized and focused care.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques that strengthen clients' mobility, promote independence, and reduce reliance on medications.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that blend diverse modalities, from manual therapy to advanced exercise prescriptions tailored to individual recovery pathways.
• Design and implement customized fitness programs that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall wellness, considering each patient's unique condition.
• Monitor progress meticulously and conduct regular evaluations to adapt treatment strategies as needed, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of services rendered, progress updates, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. The therapist will interact with a diverse patient demographic, each requiring specific therapeutic approaches tailored to their current state and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques that enhance patient outcomes.
• Ability to design, implement, and adapt effective exercise programs based on individual patient assessments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, for streamlined documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings, providing a strong foundation for treating patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries.
• Demonstrated success in developing personalized treatment plans that address complex rehabilitation needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
