Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that target both short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Perform clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate records of patient care.
• Provide guidance and education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster an interdisciplinary approach to patient care and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
