Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual goals, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically accommodating one patient per hour to ensure focused attention and care.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to enhance recovery and mobility, as well as motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive care strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to optimize recovery and functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care services and treatment outcomes, employing EMR software like WebPT.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices through fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's needs and capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, we primarily serve patients with orthopedic injuries or conditions, including postoperative recoveries, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) is required.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design and implementation.
• Familiarity with EMR software systems, specifically WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with orthopedic patients in a private practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
