Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Laborer to join our team. This role involves operating various vehicles and equipment, as well as performing manual labor tasks. Work may be assigned independently or as part of a crew supporting our rigging and electrical divisions.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist electrical and rigging crews on job sites
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles/equipment.
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
- Previous labor experience preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in various outdoor/weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
