Rivora Gutters is a fast-growing seamless gutter installation company based in Albuquerque, NM. We serve homeowners across the metro — Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo, Los Lunas — and we're scaling fast. We're not a big box company. We're a tight crew that does quality work, moves quickly, and takes care of the people who help us grow. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that's building something real.
Compensation
- Commission-based — competitive percentage per closed job
- Average ticket ranges from $800–$2,000+
- Top performers earn $60,000–$90,000+ annually
- Leads provided — you're not starting cold from day one
The Role
We're looking for a self-motivated sales rep who can go out, meet homeowners, build trust fast, and close estimates. You'll be working leads we generate as well as generating your own. This is a high-activity, high-reward role — if you can sell, you will make serious money here.
What You'll Do
- Run in-home and on-site estimates for residential gutter installation and repair
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generate through referrals and door knocking
- Walk homeowners through our products, pricing, and process and close on the spot
- Represent Rivora professionally on every job site visit
- Coordinate with the installation crew to hand off closed jobs smoothly
- Track your pipeline and report closes weekly
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to close — we don't care where you learned it, we care that you can do it
- Comfortable working on commission and motivated by uncapped earning potential
- Strong communicator who can build trust with homeowners quickly
- Reliable, self-directed, and hungry — you don't need someone standing over you
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in home services, roofing, gutters, windows, solar, or any in-home sales is a strong plus but not required
