We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee coach scheduling and workforce operations for youth sports programs across Canada. This role requires a combination of high-level coordination, real-time problem solving, and operational responsiveness to ensure programs run smoothly every day.Key Responsibilities:Build, manage, and maintain weekly coaching schedules across multiple programs and regions across CanadaCoordinate staffing assignments based on coach availability, certifications, travel requirements, and program needsMonitor schedule coverage daily and proactively identify potential staffing gapsRespond quickly to last-minute coach cancellations, absences, and scheduling conflictsCoordinate replacement staff and operational adjustments in real time to ensure uninterrupted program deliveryCommunicate schedule updates and operational changes clearly to coaches, managers, schools, and partner organizationsMaintain accurate scheduling records and workforce tracking systemsSupport onboarding logistics and scheduling setup for new coaching staffWork closely with regional managers and leadership teams to ensure operational efficiency and program qualityWhat We're Looking For:Highly dependable and responsiveStrong sense of accountability and ownershipQuick thinker with strong operational instinctsTeam-oriented and professional communicatorComfortable making decisions in real time
