Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst partners with the Mobility and Oro teams to help drive financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. This role will support financial planning, monthly actuals reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis and reconciliations. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to provide clear reporting, identify opportunities and risks, and support key decisions across the organization. What You’ll Do: Provide financial business analysis, decision support, and thought leadership. Develop financial forecasts, analyze business trends, generate internal management reports, and monitor key performance indicators. Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for short-term and long-term business planning. Advance data mining, modeling and in support of identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights. Deliver timely and accurate analysis of business performance, including revenue, operating expense, EBITDA impact, and variances to forecast, annual operating plan, and prior year results.
