Principal Consultant - Oracle Identity & Access Management Overview Full-time opportunity for Principal Consultant - Oracle Identity & Access Management located in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities Own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive resolution with SMEs, vendors, and customers to restore service quickly. Participate in incident management meetings; communicate clearly with customers via email/call; update customer leadership on status. Connect with and manage clients; present and communicate effectively. Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience in IT Security. Preferred At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture. Should have knowledge on various IDAM products. At least 7 years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills. Own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive resolution with SMEs, vendors, and customers; participate in incident management meetings and provide status updates to leadership. Financial domain knowledge. Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be a team player with strong desire to continue learning in a dynamic technology environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Experience with project management. Experience and willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Ability to connect with and manage clients.
