ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Engage with clients to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns regarding insurance policies.
Problem Resolution: Handle client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Policy Guidance: Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and any necessary follow-up actions.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with our services and products.
RequirementsCustomer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure information is correct and up-to-date.
Professionalism: A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong customer-first mindset.
Multi-Tasking: Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of employment. Company Paid.
