We are now interviewing to fill Restaurant Manager positions in the Ocala, FL area. If you are a seasoned restaurant manager professional from a “high volume" “Casual Theme” restaurant manager background and you looking for a career move to a very fast-paced, growth-oriented national restaurant concept, then we need to speak to you! We are interviewing to add Restaurant Assistant Manager positions to our team as we continue to open new units. We need restaurant leaders, who are passionate about food ; who get “emotional” about delivering great guest service; and who are dogged when it comes to having fun at work!

Ideal Qualifications include:

· 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a salaried Restaurant Manager

· Understanding of managing a high volume restaurant operation

· Must play well with others!!

· No more than 2 restaurant manager positions in the last 5 years

· Must lead with professionalism and commit to team development

· Must know how to use a calculator

· Must enjoy being active in the local community!!
