Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychobiological assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate actionable treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on improving client functioning and well-being.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adapting treatment strategies and interventions as necessary based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Effectively coordinate ongoing case management activities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training in emerging trends in mental health to enhance service delivery and personal expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad range of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, with direct client-facing responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
