Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr If you're feeling the burnout after three years at your current firm, you’re not alone. You won’t have to choose between a healthy work-life balance and varied work. With 60-hour busy seasons and 35-40 hours during the rest of the year, you’ll find balance and fulfilment. You’ll join a team-oriented environment where staff at all levels share the same ethos: work to live, don’t live to work. Your day-to-day will include: Preparation of Partnership and S-Corp returns Review of S-Corp, Partnership, and Individual returns The firm offers a hybrid schedule based out of the Houston office, along with unlimited PTO, 401k match, medical benefits, and a competitive bonus structure.
