Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact in an engaging school environment near Newark, DE. This full-time contract role offers the chance to work onsite, supporting students across multiple school sites. You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on fostering positive student outcomes and supporting diverse behavioral needs.

Qualifications & Licensure:

Active, valid BCBA license is required (please provide with your application)
Previous experience supporting students in a school setting preferred
Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and data-driven interventions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
Willingness to complete all district onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting, TB testing, and child protective registry check

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and educational teams across assigned school sites
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform strategy adjustments and measure progress
Offer training and guidance to staff and families to promote effective behavioral strategies
Uphold documentation, reporting, and confidentiality standards as required by the district and field

What to Expect:

Full-time schedule, 35 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Contract running ASAP through late June 2027, offering long-term professional continuity
Opportunity to make a difference supporting students at multiple campus sites
Fingerprinting, TB test, and a contractor packet required for hire (prior to start, out-of-pocket cost for fingerprinting)
