Certified Nursing Assistant

This Certified Nursing Assistant position provides hands-on support to patients under the direction of licensed nursing staff in a care setting. Common responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal support, vital sign collection, and routine observation of patient comfort and condition. The role also involves documenting care activities, reporting changes to supervisors, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Candidates should have a current CNA certification, basic knowledge of patient care practices, and the ability to follow care plans and infection control standards. Strong communication, patience, reliability, and professionalism are important in daily interactions with patients and team members. Physical demands are typical for this type of work and may include prolonged standing, frequent walking, bending, repositioning patients, and lifting or transferring with proper technique and assistance. The schedule is full time and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays depending on unit needs.
