Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Order Puller to join their team in Rogers, AR. The Order Puller will be responsible for efficiently pulling, picking, and packing customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring that products are correctly selected and prepared for shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pick and pack items for shipment, ensuring that orders are complete and securely packaged.
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces to promote efficiency and safety.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment to meet daily order fulfillment quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that all orders are processed on time.
- Follow company procedures to ensure product quality and minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an order puller or in a similar warehouse role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and packing products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Must be reliable and able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
