Additional coursework in business, administration, or data management is a plus. Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining accurate records and data integrity.Experience RequirementsPrior data entry, administrative support, or office experience required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to review, organize, and update data. Experience working with ERP systems or business software preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP platforms. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent written communication and email management skills. Reliable, professional, and self-motivated work style.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and multiple software applications. Ability to review detailed information with a high degree of accuracy. Strong visual attention to data and reporting details. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.Job DutiesMonitor purchase order dates, statuses, and updates within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Update ERP system records using information received through emails, Excel spreadsheets, and other business systems. Verify and maintain accurate purchase order data and documentation. Research discrepancies and ensure timely system updates.
