Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting seating equipment at our plant
• Your primary focus will be on maintaining electrical components to ensure the smooth operation of our Just-In-Time (JIT) facility
• You will work closely with seat assemblers and assist in various facilities around the building to enhance equipment efficiency

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components to keep the production line moving
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and 3-phase motors
• Utilize tester equipment and manage steam systems such as mini boilers
• Collaborate with seat assemblers to ensure equipment efficiency

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an automotive industrial setting.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including rebuilding wires and circuits.
• Experience with 240V and 480V panels.
• Pneumatics troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Mechanical skills, including working with conveyors, sensors, and motor swaps.
• Understanding of the PM process and continuous improvement.

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $74880.00/yr.
